moving to Barcelona,need advice!

Hi,i am a 33 year old female looking to live and work in Barcelona to learn to speak Spanish and just escape Britain!
I am a qualified personal trainer and spin instructor and would love to work in gym out there but as i dont speak Spanish im wondering if its going to be a problem?
If i cant get a job in a gym i would be prepared to do bar work until my Spanish is better.
I am coming to Barcelona this sat29th sept to look for work.
So any advice and tips are welcome.Cheers.Lauren.x.
