Moving from Florida to Spain

I have been thinking about moving to Spain ever since I visited back in 2003 and then again in 2005.

I've been told that my paternal grandmother's parents were from Spain. Her name was Alberta Feliciano de Rivera, how can I find any information relating to obtaining any information or rights as a Spaniard? My grandmother was born in Manati, Puerto Rico. I would appreciate any information or recommendations.
