Setting up offices in Gibraltar and living in Spain

Hello,

I need help with setting up offices in Gibraltar, any estate agents whom could help me find office space. Also I need advise on getting a mobile service provider that can give me a number that can be used in Spain and Gibraltar without incurring huge costs.

I am looking to live in Spain where there is culture and it's not too far to commute to the border, what areas are commutable via a moped or public transport as I do not think I will have a car instantly.

Any help with this would be great..
