Starting over in Spain: America got boring.

I am wondering if there is anyone who has first hand experience in this type of adventure? I would like to move to Spain with my Mexican national Husband, our three bi-racial children, and our beloved English bulldogs and Boston Terriers. I am wanting to be able to work over there in Spain but I would like to know how I can obtain a job search or even get a job waiting for me when I arrive. Can anyone help or give me some advice on what I should plan for?
