Andalusian Horses to be Slaughtered

I've been reading the reports of breeder Francisco Mesa who has some Andalusian horses (mares) set for slaughter in the next couple of months. Apparently, Francisco is the rancher at La Yeguada de la Nobleza ranch in Almonte in Andalusia. This is just terrible news. People in the US are interested in helping get the horses to a forever home. Does anyone know how to contact Francisco? Can you find out?
