Address in Spain

Hi, I am planning on moving to Spain in February 2015. As part of the visa application, I need to show proof of health insurance. I have chosen a plan through Sanitas and applied. However, they will not process my application until I have a mailing address in Spain. They said that we could even put a friend's address down.

Does anyone know an easy way to get a mailing address in Spain?
