Moving to Palma de Mallorca

Hi,
I have a new job in Palma so I will be moving there very soon. Does anyone have any advice for how to go about finding an apartment to rent? I guess I would need to speak to some letting agencies once I'm over there but my Spanish is fairly basic at this stage (I hope to improve asap). Any other advice in relation to starting a new life in Palma is also welcome, thanks! Russ
