where exactly is Valencia?

Well there is the town, there is the province and there is the autonomous community of Valencia.

So, honey we are going to Valencia can be from Torrevieja, Alicante, Valenca to Peñiscola, Castellon, Valencia. That is a 375KM distance.

It also can mean the third largest town from Spain or a remote finca in the orange fields.
You can be where you have a roundabout with 8 exits and 8 non marked lines to drive and have no idea how you will be able to cross 5 lanes of bumper to bumper traffic until the next exit in 100 meters.
It works without accident every time, but do not ask me how.

You might also be on a nice 2 lane street what passes through the oranges, almonds, olives with next to none traffic and the only vehicle you pass on this trip has 2 horses in front, a horse in the back and a is dragging a huge tire to flatten the horse droppings.

This is my valencia and it is almost every time a kind of zen drive back home.
home in valencia is for me one neighbour who likes to work in his yard and roasts his food over an open fire, one neighbor who is an empty lot what is 100m2 too small to be build on, on neighbor who is an almond field and is all dolled up when in bloom and my last neighbor what is a field of mandarins but pretend size wise to be oranges.

my valencia is in the country where you seldom hear anything else than spanish and even i just speak english, german and micro spanish what is something like similar to peggy hill from the tv show king of the hill, it is near perfect.
