What did you do to become fluent in Spanish?

Hello expats,
I have reached a point where I feel that online classes, Duolingo and language tandems do not bring my Spanish to the next level anymore. Watching movies and TV in Spanish works for a couple of minutes, but then it gets kind of too hard and I get demotivated. What worked for you to get from advanced to fluent level of Spanish?
