Costs of living in Murcia region

Hey hey!

We are eyeing a duplex in Los Alcázares, Mar Menor (Murcia) that we want to buy (get a mortgage from a Spanish bank) and move there permanently.

How much Euro monthly do we need to live there comfortably provided that duplex costs (mortgage/community/IBI/electricity/internet etc) are covered?
