Shipping from SL to Oregon

Any suggestions on shipping about 20 kilos to Oregon. Took an 8 kilo box to the P.O. and the cost would have been 18,000 slr. Would like to send via sea mail. Any experience. Previously sent via a courier but don't need 10 air and want something economical. Any tips appreciated. thanks!
