Making a will as an expat in Sri lanka

Hi,

I and a UK national and I have a Private Limited company in Sri Lanka of which I am the sole shareholder. I have made a will in the UK leaving my Sri Lankan company to my wife in the event of my death.

I am assuming this said will be valid in Sri Lanka ? Should a will also be made in Sri Lanka?
