Residential Caregiving Business in Sweden

I currently work as a resident, live-in caregiver in, and manager of what is called an Adult Family Home. They are common settings in my U.S. state, but seem fairly unique to the area. It is a care setting that places disabled or otherwise dependent persons in a home--my own home, in this case--where they receive the care they need according to personalized care plans. The level of care is below that of a nursing home (and this aspect varies from one home to another, which are, after all, personal businesses), and higher than what is called "assisted living." I specialize in care of elderly people who suffer from poor mental health, including disorders such as schizophrenia and depression; dementia, such as Alzheimer's; and developmental disability, such as cerebral palsy. I live with six residents (this number is capped at six) and employ staff to help me. The residents pay for the service either privately, or with state funds.

I am wondering if such services/businesses exist in Sweden, and if opening a home of this kind (which would entail borrowing to purchase the home) would be a viable business plan for someone interested in immigrating by means of starting a business. Does the social health program there provide funding for this type of setting, and a framework or program into which my business would fit? Any assistance or redirection to other resources would be appreciated.

Thanks.
