any self-employed Americans in Sweden on this site?

I'm an American, fluent in Swedish, thinking of moving to Sweden and wondering if there are any other Americans here who have done the same that I could ask some questions about you experience. I won't need to find a job (I can do my current job remotely from anywhere). I am wondering how the transition went, how things actually worked with taxes and getting a resident permit and such. I can see how the process works from migrationverket website and all, so I am clear on those basics. Tack!
