Hello,
We are a group of seniors at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, working on a project for our Cross-Cultural Management class. We are looking for expatriates who have lived and worked in Sweden to answer some interview questions to help us write our training program for Americans who are looking to live and work abroad in Sweden.

1. What training did you receive, if any, to help you transition to living and working in Sweden?
2. What aspects of the training did you find most helpful? Least helpful?
3. What information would you have liked to receive prior to departing?
4. What was the most difficult part of the transition to living abroad?
5. What advice would you give to students considering an international internship in Sweden?
6. What was the easiest part of the transition to living and working in Sweden? The most challenging part?
7. What were the most satisfying aspects of your experiences in Sweden? The most challenging?
