Lugano

20 years ago
I am going to Lugano in September in order to do research for an MA project. Is there anyone around here who knows the place (Ticino will do as well) or even lives there/ knows people there? I am looking for people I can ask questions about Lugano and also, if someone here could recommend cheap accomodation that would be great.
