Moving to Lucerne as well!

Hello!
I am moing to Lucerne with my 3.5 year old and husband. I would love to connect with playgroups and with a community! I am also wondering if anyone knows if obtaining the TEFL certificate is needed in order to teach. I currently hold a Master's Degree in Education with 8 years experience. I also came accross the CELTA certification. Any information would be soo helpful! Also, first and foremost is finding some playmates for my son!
