Looking for US citizen to witness an absentee ballot

Hi everyone,

There is a election taking place next Tuesday, April 4, in Wisconsin, for which I have an absentee ballot. I just realized that the ballot requires the signature of a US Citizen witness. I am currently in 5303 Wuerenlingen, and do not know any US citizen who lives nearby. I was wondering whether anyone on here might be willing to act as a witness for me.

I am hoping to send the ballot off today or tomorrow at the very latest, am am willing to travel to Zurich or a similar distance to meet someone, e.g. at a train station.
