Questions about arriving with medications:

I'm moving to Switzerland from Ohio, USA in 10 days to live in Geneva. I'm on many medications for many chronic issues. Can I arrive with medical cannabis? It is specifically for chronic pain, inflammation, & PTSD.
I wouldn't bring more than 100-200mg in edible products with a doctors note & my medical marijuana card.
Would I get in legal trouble for this? Would it be taken away? Would it be allowed?
