Where to live and what abouth healt issues?

* Where to live?
Do you have any hint about a nice town for a large family? I'd like to avoid Dar es Salaam, so far my idea is to go to Morogoro or a similar middle-sized city. Money is an issue, I can spend no more than 2.000$ at month.

* What abouth healt?
I'm a little bit worried for malaria, since my smallest child is 3 year old. I'd like to avoid to continuosly take drugs to prevent this. I've read that malaria is endemic, so is there really no way to avoid drugs?

* How is the internet connection in the mainland?
This is a showstopper. No internet, no job. No job, no money.

* How is the energy (electricity, I mean) in the mainland?
This is a showstopper. No power, no job. No job, no money.
