What are the chances of working in Thailand

We are looking to move to Thailand, and although we have the relevant requirements regarding pension requirements we are not quite ready to call ourselves pensioners, we would like to know how the job market works there and about foreigners finding work.my husband is a lecturer in the electrical industry and I am a maintenance scheduler in the electrical industry so we would really like to see if we could perhaps find work and then move to Thailand.
