Is there anywhere in S.W. Asian foreigners can own land/home? Secondly, I get very confused on if Thailand is better place to live than say Philippines or Singapore, or someplace else. I know that is a very openly subjective question, but when taken into consideration about ownership, cost of living, and people being friendly along with places for Americans to work - which is the best advice. This just rattles my mind. I am disgusted with the way America has become, and to expats who made that venture nothing need more said about downfall and ghetto people and attitudes here, so I will stop there - please do be detailed.
