Responsible Dog Breeders

Hello everyone,

I haven´t arrived in Bangkok yet but my plan is to live there first for a couple of months to see if I like it, to inform myself about where best to walk a dog and if all this works out I ultimately want to get a dog there, specifically a Toy Poodle.
I am aware that adopting is always better than buying but there are numerous reasons (that dont matter here) as of why I would prefer to buy a Toy Poodle from a responsible breeder :)

Does anyone have information about where best I could look for such a breeder?
I would rather not buy a dog from a Pet Store.
Or does someone even know a breeder for Toy Poodles?
