We are looking for native speakers for the Customer Support of a company based in Amsterdam which is world leader in navigation products. You will work as part of a close-knit team of multilingual professionals supporting customers around Europe.
Candidate
Were looking for colleagues with excellent technical customer support experience in either B2B or B2C environments. Also you have demonstrable affinity with high tech products. Youre a native speaker (both written and spoken level). Any additional languages would be an advantage. You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) as well as a talent to establish good relationships with customers. Experience with customer support by e-mail and working with e-mail applications (such as RightNow/Eresponse, Kana) is an advantage. Youre a team player, enthusiastic, motivated and willing to learn.
