Seeking Immigration Advice

Hello everyone,

I am desperately seeking unusual Immigration advice: I am unfortunately American (and I don't want their citizenship & will never return there).

I was actually born in France but not of EU parents, and I grew up long ago in neighboring EU Countries (and I live in one now). I had 2 great technical Job offers over in Germany last April but the local Foreigner Office supervisor made a huge mistake and never told me about my last work-permit approval until 3 months later (then the great Job positions were already filled), now I supposedly cannot use that work-permit(Visa) without the Job position being available.

My current Visa expires in two weeks and can't find another job with speaking mostly english by then. All the language schools in my region are not hiring, but only downsizing.

I need to somehow stay legally in Europe and so far the best advice is to 'simply get married' here. I'm not ready for that route (and I would pity the woman who somehow discovered me;-). Another option I learned from the Netherlands forum: simply invest 4,000€(?) in a small business in the Netherlands (a hot dog kart, or paint houses?) and that can be a re-newable Visa (?). I suppose I could get someone to invest such money if it were a good idea and a Visa would come out of it -but I don't have a place to stay in Netherlands and I don't speak Dutch. (Does anyone know of that, or similar, strategies which will allow me to live or work in other EU Countries?

I believe an 'Asylum' request (by an American) in most of EU will be laughed at, but that brings a question: Can someone apply for Asylum in another EU Country but live & work in a different one? And when that Asylum request is finally laughed at and denied must I leave the Shengen states/EU even if I finally found another Job here? I think an Asylum 'seeker' automatically gets a temporary unlimited Work-Permit in most of the EU(?) until...(?) Helpful Comments?

I only speak broken (non-fluent) German & very little French & Spanish.

Is there a better website to discuss these unusual topics/themes in?

To Everyone: Please accept my sincerest apologies if this thread was in any way inappropriately expressed - but most people (even most Americans) don't yet know about the 'real' current state of the US; Yes, I actually gave up everything I've ever honestly earned in the U.S. to be able to legally flee to save my Future. I realize this is hardly believable -but I speak for approximately 750,000 Law-Abiding Americans who are only suddenly being unlawfully/illegally profiled/persecuted when they are doing absolutely NOTHING wrong -yes, in the U.S.

Personally, I legally fled to dangerous South America for two years but was finally rescued by a Human Rights Advocate and flown to Eu last year. I could not tolerate the Sun down there in South America (perennial severe Sunburns), nor the Bandits -but [for me] it was actually better than going back to the current state of the US. I am also trying to Sue one of the U.S. States for heavy damages when I had done absolutely nothing wrong -but I expect some form of common illegal retaliation from them as my Law-suit progresses -so I'd better stay far away from that once-great country.

I would greatly appreciate anyone's kind & thoughtful advice. I have done, and will continue to do the same, for others.

Best regards.
