Hi, My wife and I are planning on moving to The Netherlands later this year and could do with some specific help with health insurance. We will be in the position where my wife will be working and I will be a house husband. We are trying to find out the monthly cost of health insurance, specifically for myself who has a pre-existing condition (depression). We are not sure whether insurers will cover a pre-existing condition and also cover for associated medication (I take two different drugs each day). Specifically I would like to know if I can get cover for having this pre-existing condition and whether the necessary medications would be covered as well. Basically I need to find out how much it will cost each month to cover my condition. I can find plenty of info about insurance policies in The Netherlands, but little about how insurers deal with pre-existing conditions and one-going prescription medication treatment. Any info on this topic would be gratefully received. Thanks, Nick
