relocating to trinidad--housing, car, nanny needed

I have been offered a position in Trinidad that will start Oct 1. i am looking for a 3 bedroom house in a gated community with some a play area for my child. my budget is $2K US per month. I am also looking for a full time nanny (live in would be fine) for my 4 year old child that will do house cleaning as well. I have to buy a car or ship my car to trinidad. Does anyone have informaiton on shipping cost of a car to Trinidad? What about housing costs and the cost of domestic support? Any idea where i can look to do an oversees search for Trinidad on the web that has good photos and a support. Thanks,
