moving to kalkan turkey

hi ,im a owner of a villa in kalkan turkey and with the climate of england and with the ever increasing taxation on every penny i and everyone earns in the uk im thinking of moving to kalkan in the near future.
can anyone tell me the legal requirements under turkish law to live in turkey for me and my family,i appreciate everything would be easier if turkey joined the eu but thats further away i feel than my need to get out of england.
