Salary-Kampala

I have been offered a job on the following terms:

Salary: $8500 pcm net
Medical cover: $1635 PCM
car
return air tickets to uk $4087
phone allowance
laptop
no housing (included in the salary)

I have a wife and 2 boys, who we hope will attend the International school. Is the package enough to live in a decent house, in a good area of Kampala and have a good standard of living. My wife is maths teacher and will also want to work.

Advise is appreciated.
