Class:
Tuesday (Core Strength Vinyasa) @ 6pm
Thursday (Yin/Yang) @6pm

Also, I'll be hosting a weekly yoga/brunch class Sundays 9am-11am @ The Enlightened Cat Yoga in Uganda (Naguru). The class will incorporate yoga philosophy, guided meditation, asana practice with a gluten-free inspired brunch complete with cooling refreshments. Cost is 50,000 per class. Register and pay before Thursday to confirm your spot.
