Trekking East to China and Beyond

Hi!
My name is David and I am traveling by train across Europe and Asia. I'll be in Kiev a day or two then catch a train east to Moscow to board the Trans-Siberian for the Urals and beyond. I'm a writer and will chronicle my trek to editors back home. I would like to meet and have lunch with someone who speaks English, or anybody actually, who might be traveling as well toward China and heading east on the Trans-Siberian, and share your thoughts.
