Finding an IT job in Kiev

Hi,

I am considering moving to Kiev, I am an IT professional with 7 year of experience in Product Management and Software Development. How do I go about finding a job in Kiev that would be well suited for an American. Ideally I would like to work for an American company. I am a US citizen, but I am fluent in Russian.

Please advise, any help is appreciated.
