Business Climate

Hello fellow expat guys and girls ! My name is Ken and I am from the USA. I live in Odessa about 8-9 months a year.. Just wanting to know everybody's opinion on the current business climate. My personal opinion is that the country is on an amazing speedy comeback and if you are going to build a business or buy a flat/house do it now. There are good signs of prosperity coming back everywhere here in Odessa. Wondering about the rest of the country ? Thanks !!
