transferring money OUT

We have seen ways posted about "how to send money IN," or using debit cards like Pro Credit. What about sending money HERE? Will they change hryvna into dollars @ even 20:1 , if one wants to send $40K in hryvna,(that's 800K) it looks like Japanese yen.? I can try to call someone in Wells Fargo that can answer this on my end.
