About sending money, I saw on Everbank in JAX, but nothing about "sending money to Russia", only currency deposits. CITI and SBERBANK have branches. Citi has branches in St.Pete, Moscow, and other places. Sberbank should have offices in Sevastopal. You can open an acct @ CITI and send money whever you want. The fees I saw on Sberbank were 1-2% to transfer. I even saw paypal listed, but did not look into how they would handle @ the other end.
