90 day stay

I'm from the US and plan to go to Lviv, Ukraine and stay for 90 days, either end of this month or beginning of December. I'd like to find a room to rent for that time period. I don't know the language, hoping to take some classes when I get there. I will be dependent on public transport and would like to live in an area close to bars, grocery, restaurants, etc. I work remotely - just need good internet connection to do my job. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
