I did try to find this info first, but heard I should check current situation. If anyone knows, I need to choose a US Bank with an affilliate tie to Ukraine. Money will go into my US Bank, I will use a VISA or MasterCard to spend, but having an actual bank would be better, I think. I am certain someone here has found the ideal situation. The depositer will be the Unkle Sam, if that matters.
