US/UA dual Citizenship travel to Ukraine

When my wife (dual US/UA Citizenship) and I (US Citizen) relocate to Kharkov, 1. which passport should she present to depart Detroit, Amsterdam and Kyiv at arrival? Conversely, if and when traveling back to the US, same question in reverse. As you know, Ukraine doesn’t allow for dual Citizenship. Thanks.
