Any tips, expieriences, ... for a possible "mover" (from Belgium) to UAE?

I am considering going to work in UAE for a Belgium company (period of 2years), but i have so many questions, yes even some doubts.

Working abroad is totaly new to me, so is UAE. The step into the unknow always brings a lot of questions.

So if somebody (if possible belgian, but any nationality will do) has recommendations, tips, ... which can help me make my decision, they are more then welcome!!
