Know anything about New Kalifa City?

We are moving to Abu Dhabi this summer. We are interesten in renting in New Kalifa City because my husband will work in Al Ain and he doesn't want to drive through city traffic....

ANYWAY......I have not been able to find any pictures of the area. I have found a good Property Management company that has good descriptions but no pictures. What is it like? Are there a lot of expats there? How far is it from shopping, recreation and the beach? Also, what is the beach like? I have heard that the flies are really bad on the beach and there are no waves - is that true?
