Moving to Abu Dhabi

Hi, I wonder if anyone can give me some tips/ideas on the following:

1. Phone calls from Abu Dhabi into the US. Know if Vonage or PC Call work. Has anyone used this system at all?

2. US Mail to Abu Dhabi. Does anyone know of a system whereby I can centralize all of my US mail (in the US and with an US address) and then have it automatically shipped to Abu Dhabi once or twice a week. Mail Boxes has something like this but for some parts of Latin America. How do you guys deal with your regular US mail?

3. One statistic that I am still missing. How much should I budget for food (family of 4)?
