Advertising Industry in Dubai - Available Roles and Health of Industry

Hi All,

I am a 32 y.o. Australian male who is moving to Dubai to work in the advertising industry on the account services side. I have an MBA and have just sold my share in an agency I founded to pursue something new and different. Can anyone help with some information on the health of the advertising industry in UAE and in Dubai in particular? My interests lie primarily with securing a role with a multinational ad agency in an account services role (Group Account Director or Account Director). Any information of a general nature as well as specific information on salary packages, working conditions and cultural challenges would be most welcome.
