Professional women working in Dubai

What challenges do professional women face working in Dubai? My husband is currently negotiating a contract with a reputable international firm, and I intend to seek employment once there. I'm a qualified accountant (CPA) with a US BBA and an Australian MComm degree. What differences can I expect to encounter in the job market and the workplace? I seem to read a lot of conflicting information on the topic, and I would love to hear from professional women currently working in Dubai to get to the truth. Thanks!
