Moving to Abu Dhabi

I am moving in a months time to Abu Dhabi with my young family (children < 3 years). Can anyone just confirm that my package will be enough to make a decent living and also save some money.
Monthly salary - 21000 dhs
Housing allowance - 126000dhs/year
Monthly Car Allowance - 2000dhs

Also included is medical, tickets once a year home, one months salary available when leaving.
