Certified Copies?!

Hello,
I've applied for a position as a flight crew instructor. Any U.S. folks over there doing that? What kind of paper work will I need? I was reading about "U. S. certified copies" of my diploma, and credentials and my head was swimming. I would love to talk to a fellow FAA flight instructor about the differences in UAE aviation law, and what is required to convert my FAA certificates over- and if it is worth it.
Just a ton of questions.
