ADVICE ON MOVING TO DUBAI

Hi! Am to move to Dubai probably next year.My fiance and I plan to get married and though it seems like I have to join him in Dubai. Currently I can say I have a successfull career.I am an assistant HR & Training manager in a Manufacturing Company.
I am however a bit scared of having to start all over again.I wonder will it be easy (reasonably) to get a good job in the the HR field? I tend to think sustaining a family in Dubai can be quite complex. Is it possible for me to get my own visa and work permit before I get a job?
