Other Emirates Airline employees?

Hi! My DH is applying for a job w/ Emirates Airlines and I'm looking for more info on the prospect. For anyone who works there....what is a good compensation pkg? How about housing--do we take co. housing or attempt to secure our own? We have two preschool boys....should I bother to enroll in preschool or are there options to "homeschool" as we do here in the US? How about social outlets w/ kids? We won't be going to any "clubs" as we never do that here but are looking for family activities and we are very social w/ friends. Thoughts? How about the Airlines itself? Good place to work? I would be staying home so would like to find other women who do this as well? Thanks in advance for your advice!!!
