Cell Phones/Auto/Real Estate License

3 Questions:
1. I was told that my Verizon Wireless razor phone could be used in UAE. I will be in Al Ain and they said "no problem" for texting and calls. Anyone out there using their own phone or blackberry or would you suggest getting a new phone? I would like to have my number available over there.

2.) I have heard only good things from people about shipping an auto. Any info. on how long it takes to arrive and I also heard you cannot pick it up unless you already have your residence visa.

3. Real Estate Licensing requirements?
