Pet Relocation Info

Has anyone relocated a pet from AZ (USA) into Dubai and can they recommend a vet to me?

My dog is a dalmation mix (7yrs old) but my vet wants to put down she is a pit bull beacuse he sees it in her, therefore I need to find another vet to issue her health certificate. . . help..anyone
