in need of advice from any nurses working in the uae

Hi,
I'm an irish nurse looking to relocate to the uae. I have previously worked in the middle east and had a really bad experience with my last hospital. I'm desperatlely looking for advice from any nurses currently working in the emeriates regarding which hospitals are the best to work for. dubai v abu dhabi???
